Maestrotls Music Studios, LLC is a premier music lesson studio serving Atlanta, Buckhead, and Brookhaven. We specialize in providing high-quality music instruction to students of all ages, from 5 years old to senior adults. Our experienced and passionate instructors are dedicated to helping each student reach their full musical potential, whether they are beginners or advanced players. PAYMENT
Tuition is $140 for 4 (four) 30-minute weekly lessons. Payment renews on the first of every
month Some months will have 5 lessons and there is no additional charge for that week. If that
day is a holiday (see calendar), you will not receive a makeup lesson for that week. The fifth
weeks (included) will more than offset for holiday closures.
Longer lessons may be scheduled with built-it discounts as listed below:
30 minutes $35.00 or $140.00 per month
45 minutes $45.00 or $180.00 per month
60 minutes $60.00 or $240.00 per month (Best deal with a $40.00 savings)
We accept Cash, Checks, Venmo and Zelle as forms of payment. We plan to set up credit card
payments in the near future. Credit card payments may require a small convenience fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 30-day notice via email sent to Maestrotls@comcast.net. The 30-day notice starts
from the day the notice is received. Monthly charges will be prorated as appropriate.
LATE PAYMENTS
Tuition is due on the date of the first lesson. Any account that is more than 2 week’s
delinquents will be suspended until payments are paid in full. Unpaid fees may result in
additional collection charges.
MAKEUP POLICY
Excused Absence – Must give notice by 4:00 pm the day before lesson day to be eligible for a
make-up lesson. Sick days can qualify for makeups with valid medical documentation however
notice must be given before the lesson time in order (considered for) to Excused. Excused
absences will be banked for makeup and scheduled at a future date as agreed upon by student
and teacher. Makeup lessons may be offered virtually in lieu of in-person if scheduling is not
convenient. Makeup lessons can also be completed in advance if sufficient notice is given for
date of absence. Makeup lessons are non-refundable and will expire after a student cancels
enrollment.
Unexcused Absence –
Notice given after 4:00 pm the day before the lesson and / or no-show is not eligible for
makeup.
Teachers music also provide notice for lesson cancellation or provide a substitute teacher
approved by the school. Should a teacher provide less than 24-hour notice for cancelling, the
student may choose to either receive a makeup lesson or a credit for the lesson fee.
REFUNDS
Except for situations referenced above where the teacher or school has not kept its
commitment for keeping lesson appointments, refunds are not given for any reason (includes
gift certificates).
HOLIDAYS AND CLOSINGS
We are closed for the following holiday dates:
New Year’s Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day,
Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
As noted above, holiday closings are factored into the calendar and offset by those weeks when
you will receive five (lessons).
INCLEMENT WEATHER CLOSINGS
On rare occasions, under guidance from local weather, we may elect to close the school for inperson
lessons. On such dates, we recommend completing the lesson virtually. Otherwise the
lesson will be marked as an excused absence and be eligible for makeup.
By taking lessons at Maestrotls Music Studios, all students and clients agree to these terms and
policies.
Policies are subject to change with a 30-day notice which will be provided to all clients.
